For ease of travel our changeover day is a Friday and the minimum length of stay 7 night.  On occasion and outside of the peak holiday times there may be availability for shorter stays.  Please contact us for further details.

Included in the rental charge

  • Electricity costs for rentals from 3.5.19 to 26.9.19  (outside these dates electricity is charged according to usage based on meter readings).
  • WiFi
  • Bed linen and towels
  • A supply of logs for the two wood burners

Additional charges

  • Electricity costs for rentals outside the period 3.5.19 to 26.9.19 according to usage based on meter readings.
  • Refundable deposit of £200 against damage or a need for excess cleaning. This is payable when the final balance for your holiday becomes due and is refunded during the week after your holiday assuming there has been no damage to the house or its contents and no requirement for excessive additional cleaning.

Payments

To secure your booking we ask for a deposit of 25% of the rental charge.  The balance will be due 8 weeks before the start of your holiday and the refundable damage deposit is also payable at this time. Payments may be made by bank transfer or cheque.  We are also happy to accept PayPal payments provided any credit card charges are paid by the guest.

Cancellation policy

Should you wish to cancel your booking, the deposit is not refundable.  Once you have paid the balance, should you cancel your booking, we are very happy to return the balance on the condition that we manage to re-let the week you have booked.
